Because of an influx of last-minute cancellations and no-show appointments, Illusions Color Spa has implemented a new No Show/Cancellation Policy effective immediately. We respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointments. Please remember when you no-show or cancel your appointment without giving a 24-hour notice, your service provider loses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. To best serve our clients and our staff going forward, the following policies are in place.
*Any no-show or cancelation within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
*The 2nd time, the charge will be 1/2 the price of your booked service.
*The 3rd time you will be charged for the full price of the appointment that you missed.
